The purpose of the article is to reveal role thickness layer lead-palladium alloy deposited on a copper-palladium membrane in processes cathodic injection and anodic extraction atomic hydrogen.The objects study were ~ 4 μm thick film electrodes obtained by magnetron sputtering target with composition 56 at. % Cu 44 Pd. studies carried out cyclic voltammetry double step anodic-cathodic chronoamperometry deaerated 0.1 М H2SO4 aqueous solution. calculation parameters hydrogen permeability for samples finite was mathematical modelling.Cathodic used effect surface modification foil Pd-Cu solid solution diffusion kinetic permeability.
